Although the instructions was for 1 kg... I improvised it to 1.5 kg of country chicken by adding some pepper powder & some ginger-garlic. Finally the curry was hit in my family... I am from Kerala so I was curious to introduce the tamil cuisine Pallipalayam chicken to my family...

Cookd has become my favorite brand recently. My very first purchase was Pallipalayam masala, post which i purchased hot garlic kit, black pepper kit, mangalore ghee roast, madras 65 masalas.

I have been following cookd in youtube since many years and happy to see how cookd has grown as a masala brand. Seeing Aadhi in podcasts, trying out preservative free products, seeing and trying out sanjana and Rajeev'recipes -somehow you guys made me connect with your team.

Will keep trying out your new launches too. My next purchase would be the very new kulambu masalas.
